Salesforce 集成可让你的代理以只读方式访问 Salesforce 组织中的数据。连接后，代理可以：
  • 跨标准对象和自定义对象查询记录。
  • 浏览 Salesforce 数据架构，包括关系和自定义字段。
  • 将 Salesforce 中的实时上下文提取到任意线程或计划运行中。
连接 Salesforce 是每个 Salesforce 组织的一次性设置。Salesforce 系统管理员（或拥有 Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps 权限的用户）必须先安装连接器，其他用户才能进行身份验证。

前提条件

  • 一个可以访问 Fleet 的 LangSmith 工作区。
  • 一个 Salesforce 组织和用户账户。
  • 一名 Salesforce 系统管理员来完成安装（或者你的用户拥有 Approve Uninstalled Connected Apps 权限）。

注册连接器

首次尝试连接时，会在你的 Salesforce 组织中注册 LangChain Fleet Connector，以便管理员安装它。首次尝试预计会因身份验证错误而失败。

Open the Integrations page

在 LangSmith UI 中，导航到 Fleet > Integrations 选项卡。

Start the Salesforce connection

找到 Salesforce 工具，然后点击 Connect。

Sign in to Salesforce

使用 Salesforce 凭据登录。如果你的组织要求使用自定义域或 SSO，请点击 Use Custom Domain，输入组织的 My Domain，然后登录。接着点击 Allow 以授权连接。
首次尝试会按设计失败。失败的请求会在你的 Salesforce 组织中注册 LangChain Fleet Connector，以便管理员在下一步安装它。
如果你不是 Salesforce 管理员，请在此处停止，并将此页面的链接发送给管理员。在你完成连接之前，他们需要先按照下面的 Install the connector 和 Grant user access 步骤操作。

Open Salesforce Setup

Open Connected Apps OAuth Usage

Open the app policies

在 Connected Apps OAuth Usage 中，点击 LangChain Fleet Connector 旁边的 Manage App Policies。

Pre-authorize admin-approved users

在 OAuth Policies > Permitted Users 下，选择 Admin approved users are pre-authorized，然后点击 Save。

Assign a permission set

使用 Manage Permission Sets，向需要在 Fleet 中连接 Salesforce 工具的用户授予访问权限。

从 Fleet 连接

管理员安装连接器并授予访问权限后，返回 Fleet 完成连接。
  1. 在 LangSmith UI 中，导航到 Fleet > Integrations 选项卡。
  2. 找到 Salesforce 工具，然后点击 Connect。
  3. 使用 Salesforce 凭据登录，然后点击 Allow。
现在连接已成功，Salesforce 工具也可供工作区中的代理使用。

在代理中使用 Salesforce

连接后，将 Salesforce 工具添加到特定代理：
  1. 在 Fleet 中打开你的代理。
  2. 在侧边栏中展开 Connections 抽屉，然后点击 Add connection。
  3. 搜索 Salesforce Query，并将其添加到代理。

故障排除

连接因身份验证错误而失败

首次连接尝试预计会失败。它会在你的 Salesforce 组织中注册 LangChain Fleet Connector，以便管理员安装它。如果连接器安装后连接仍然失败，请确认：
  • 管理员已完成 Install the connector 和 Grant user access 两个步骤。
  • 你的 Salesforce 用户已分配一个可授予连接器访问权限的权限集。
  • 你通过 Use Custom Domain 登录，并使用了正确的 Salesforce 域名。

代理无法查看对象或字段

Salesforce 工具使用已连接用户的权限运行。如果代理无法读取某个对象或自定义字段，请确认该用户的 Salesforce 个人资料和权限集已授予对该对象的读取权限。
